Anyone Fancy....?

This facility is used when an Occasions Member wishes to invite other Occasions Members to go along somewhere with them (eg cinema, local talk, a group meal, trip to London)

The activity/event must be suitable for ladies to attend as a group.

This facility is not to be used for marketing purposes (merely to promote the event/activity).

The person using the facility must :

·Already be on our contacts list and have therefore registered their details with us

·Be willing to co-ordinate and organise everyone’s attendance (Occasions team can provide advice about how this has been done for similar events).

·Remain with the group during the event/activity (although they obviously cannot take responsibility for the group of adults!)

·Provide details about the activity/event (date, venue, cost & details) plus their email address and/or telephone number for members to contact them

·Be willing to provide Occasions with some feedback about how the activity/event went.

Occasions will :

·Provide confirmation within a few days that the activity/event meets the criteria or provide a reason why not.

·Send out an email on your behalf to everyone on the Occasions Contact List. There are some members who do not have email and we will endeavour to send them a paper copy, assuming this meets the Occasions postal deadline for that month.

Caveats :

·The activity/event does not clash with an existing event in the Occasions Calendar or by its nature affect the attendance of a future planned Occasions event.

·The activity/event cannot be considered an Occasions event for insurance purposes.
